Hiring: Head Chef – Golpo Food Court

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience: 5–8+ Years

Job Location: Malda, Coachbehar, Raiganj

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef to manage and oversee kitchen operations at our Food Court outlet.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a Food Court, QSR, Multi-Outlet Food Store, or High-Volume Commercial Kitchen, preferably in a Senior Chef or Head Chef position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth food production.
- Supervise and lead kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks and helpers.
- Maintain food quality, taste, consistency and presentation.
- Handle food preparation, inventory, stock management and wastage control.
- Ensure proper food costing, portion control and kitchen profitability.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Manage high-volume food orders during peak business hours.
- Coordinate with management for menu planning, purchasing and kitchen requirements.




- Train and motivate kitchen staff to maintain operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional kitchen operations.
- Must have worked in a Food Court, QSR, Food Store or high-volume commercial kitchen.
- Must have experience as a Senior Chef, Kitchen In-charge or Head Chef.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of food costing, inventory and kitchen operations.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced food court environment independently.

Salary & Advantages ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and capabilities.
