Job Summary

Royal Café – SRM Hotels is looking for an experienced Head Chef to manage overall kitchen operations, lead the kitchen team, and ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall kitchen operations.
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Plan menus and control food costs.
- Ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and portion control.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chef.




- Solid knowledge of kitchen operations and food production.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cost control.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
