We are recruiting an experienced Head Chef for hospitality operations in Dhiffushi, Maldives. The ideal candidate should have relevant hospitality and kitchen experience, with the ability to manage kitchen operations and food preparation.

Salary and Benefits

- Basic Salary: Approximately ₹47,325 per month.

- Food Allowance: Approximately ₹9,485 per month.

- Accommodation: Provided on-site.

- Total Monthly Cash Package: Approximately ₹56,810, including food allowance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1–2 years of prior hospitality experience.

- Professional kitchen or chef experience preferred.

- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management.

- Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

- Valuable coordination and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

- Plan menus and coordinate food production.

- Supervise kitchen staff and allocate duties.

- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.

- Monitor kitchen inventory and food supplies.

- Ensure proper food storage and hygiene standards.

- Control food wastage and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
