Company Description Centre for Reproductive Assistance, Andrology and Fertility (CRAAFt) is a specialised referral IVF facility focused on male infertility, failed IVF treatments, and complex infertility cases.
Role Description This full-time, in office role is based in Gurugram and focuses on providing comprehensive gynaecological, and fertility care, with a specialisation in IVF and related assisted reproductive technologies. The Gynaecologist / IVF specialist will perform patient consultations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning for individuals and couples experiencing infertility, including male factor and complex cases.
Daily responsibilities include conducting gynecologic examinations, managing stimulation protocols, performing oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers, and overseeing pre- and post-procedure care.
The role also involves taking responsibility of the IVF lab.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including comprehensive reproductive health care.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB) in Obstetrics and Gynecology or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills, with a patient-centered and non-judgmental approach.
- Commitment to ethical practice, meticulous documentation, and adherence to national and international reproductive medicine guidelines.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary fertility or IVF centers and familiarity with quality and safety protocols is highly desirable.
