We're Hiring: Guest Relations Executive (GRE), goSTOPS Goa ?

Goa is one of India's most popular travel destinations, welcoming travellers from across the world. At goSTOPS, we believe every guest deserves a memorable stay. We're looking for a friendly, energetic and service-oriented person to be the face of our property.

What you'll own

- Managing front desk operations, check-ins and check-outs.
- Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
- Handling guest queries, complaints and requests.
- Managing bookings, reservations and guest records.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other teams.
- Handling cash, billing and daily reports.
- Maintaining guest satisfaction and encouraging positive online reviews.
- Creating a friendly and welcoming hostel atmosphere.

You're a fit if you:
- Have 1–2 years of experience in hotels, hostels or hospitality (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).




- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are passionate about guest service and hospitality.
- Are comfortable handling guest queries and resolving issues.
- Have basic computer knowledge and front desk experience.
- Are flexible with rotational shifts and weekends.
- Are willing to work and live in Goa.
