Role Summary The Graphic & Motion Designer will own the visual identity of Medifort Wellness Hospital. You will create everything from hospital branding material, social media creatives and health awareness campaigns to promotional videos, reels and animated explainers, while keeping the brand consistent, professional and sensitive to the healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, carousels, banners and ads for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and the hospital website.
- Create print collaterals such as brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, posters, visiting cards, letterheads, health camp materials and in-hospital signage.
- Develop vector assets, logos, icons, infographics and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator.
- Edit and retouch images (doctor profiles, facility photos, event photos) using Adobe Photoshop.
- Shoot-support, edit and produce videos such as doctor introductions, patient testimonials, event coverage, reels and awareness videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create motion graphics, animated logos, lower-thirds, explainer videos and transitions using Adobe After Effects.
- Design health awareness campaigns for days such as World Heart Day, World Diabetes Day, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, etc.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in colours, typography and tone across all materials.
- Coordinate with doctors, department heads and the marketing team to understand requirements and deliver within deadlines.
- Manage and organise the design and video asset library with proper file naming and backups.
- Keep up with design, social media and motion trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

- Adobe Photoshop:



photo editing, retouching, compositing, social media creatives
- Adobe Illustrator: logos, icons, infographics, print layouts, vector illustration
- Adobe Premiere Pro: video editing, colour correction, audio cleanup, subtitles, exporting for multiple platforms
- Adobe After Effects: motion graphics, 2D animation, text animation, logo reveals
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and composition
- Knowledge of print specifications (bleed, CMYK, resolution) and digital formats
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Canva, Figma or InDesign
- Basic videography and photography skills
- Experience designing for healthcare, wellness or hospital brands
- Understanding of social media trends, reels and short-form video
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English for creating bilingual content

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Solid portfolio showcasing graphic design and video/motion work (mandatory)
- Experience: 2-5 years (freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply)
