About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator to lead our brand's visual presence. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-converting static graphics, shooting raw video content, editing engaging Instagram Reels/Shorts, and maintaining brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.

We value both creative storytelling and modern efficiency. If you are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, comfortable behind a camera/smartphone, and leverage AI design tools to speed up content workflows, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

- Graphic Design: Create social media graphics, performance ad visuals, WhatsApp campaign creatives, store signage, and marketing collateral.
- Video & Reel Production: Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, store-level BTS)



with crisp audio, transitions, and text overlays.
- AI-Assisted Workflow: Use AI design and video tools (Photoshop Generative Fill, Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut/Premiere AI features) to speed up asset generation and editing.
- On-Ground Execution: Visit local stores/events to shoot quick promotional footage, customer interactions, and operational highlights.

Requirements:

- Design & Video Suite: Strong command over Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut for reel editing.
- Content Shooting: Comfortable capturing clean smartphone or camera video footage with valuable lighting and audio awareness.
- AI Tool Integration: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for visual and video content workflows.
- 1–3 years of experience in agency or brand-side content creation.
