Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for digital campaigns, social media content, and marketing materials that align with client brand strategies.

Responsibilities include developing brand identities, designing logos, layouts, and graphics, selecting and refining typography, and preparing assets for web and social platforms. The role also involves collaborating closely with strategists, copywriters, and marketing specialists to ensure that all visuals are consistent, clear, and effective.





The Graphic

Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, iterate on feedback from internal teams and clients, and maintain organized design files and asset libraries.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and creating high-quality Graphics for digital and print use.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design to produce explicit, legible, and visually appealing compositions.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud: Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Canva and Figma, Adobe After Effects) is beneficial.
- Experience designing for social media, websites, and digital campaigns, with an understanding of current design trends, is beneficial.
- Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate creative briefs into compelling designs are beneficial.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work; a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is beneficial.
