Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive to manage the company's marketing activities.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in graphic designing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with the ability to generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising

- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Run Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Generate quality leads for real estate projects.
- Manage Google Search Ads, Display Ads, and Meta Lead Generation campaigns.
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead (CPL), and conversions.
- Optimize advertising campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce costs.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

2. Graphic Designing

- Design creative advertisements for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Create social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional creatives.
- Design project launch campaigns and property advertisements.
- Create engaging reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Develop creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Display Ads.

3. Social Media Management

- Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram,



Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and schedule social media posts.
- Create engaging content highlighting project features, amenities, and offers.
- Improve brand visibility and social media engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant certification in Graphic Design or Digital Marketing preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing and lead generation preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
- Basic video editing and reel creation skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.
- Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Mandatory Skills
- Practical experience in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to create attractive real estate marketing creatives.
- Willingness to take ownership of digital marketing activities.
