Granulation Operator

We are seeking a skilled Granulation Operator to join our dynamic team in the operation of Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD) and Fluid Bed Processors (FBP) for pharmaceutical and related manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our granulation processes, contributing to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. This position requires a skilled with a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail to manage equipment and processes seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain fluid bed dryers and processors to achieve optimal granulation outcomes.

- Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.

- Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform necessary maintenance to prevent downtime.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

- Ensure all safety protocols and environmental regulations are adhered to during operations.

- Record and analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement.

- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.

- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest granulation technologies and best practices.





- Prepare and review batch records and other documentation related to granulation processes.

- Support the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment.

Qualification Criteria:

- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

- Proven experience in granulation processes within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong understanding of fluid bed drying and processing technologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.

- Proficiency in operating and maintaining industrial equipment.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.

- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
