Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Experience: 0–4 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Metallurgical / Automobile Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support process improvement, productivity enhancement and waste reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments.
- Identify operational issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain relevant production and process documentation.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures and quality management systems.




- Participate in continuous improvement and other engineering projects.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.E. / B.Tech graduates in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Automobile Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals.
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setting.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
