:

- We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Service Manuals team. In this role, you will support the creation and maintenance of service documentation for trucks and buses which includes removal/installation procedures, repair instructions, and maintenance guidelines.

- You will work closely with experienced engineers and gain hands-on exposure to technical writing, illustration, and product data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and update service manual content such as removal and installation procedures, repair processes, and maintenance instructions

- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and technical information to develop clear and accurate service documentation

- Develop and refine step-by-step procedures with a focus on clarity, safety, and usability

- Create and modify technical illustrations (exploded views, sequence steps) using tools such as CorelDRAW or similar software





- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to understand system functionality and service requirements

- Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of documentation by following defined standards and guidelines

- Track and manage assigned tasks within workflow systems and meet delivery timelines

- Participate in training programs and continuously develop technical writing and domain knowledge

Skills & Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of mechanical or automotive engineering concepts

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical data (preferred)

- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English (focus on clarity in writing) C1 level

- Interest in technical writing, documentation, and structured content development

- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies

- Basic knowledge of technical documentation or illustration tools is an added advantage
