(Graduate Engineer Trainee - Operations)

Position Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee

Location: Chh. Sambhajinagar

Offered Grade: T-O2 (Trainee- Senior Engineer)

Offered CTC : 3.75 LPA (inclusive of Employer PF & Gratuity & Group Accident Insurance)

Nature of Employment: On-roll, Full time, On-site

Experience:

Fresher (Entry Level)

Qualification:

Mandatory : BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or Manufacturing Engg.

Age group: 21 ~ 26 yrs.Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

- Basic knowledge of various manufacturing processes like Die Casting, Forging, Machining, Heat Treatment etc.
- Basic knowledge of QC tools like Why-Why Analysis, Control Chart and LC of various measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of understanding Engineering Drawings.
- Basic knowledge of the working of automobiles.

Any unique soft skill / behavioral requirement:

- Should be able to coordinate between different production lines, supervisors to achieve given targets.
- Should be capable of dealing with both on roll & contractual manpower.
- Good communication skills.
- Should be interested to work in both a shop-floor as well as an office environment.

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:

- Look after areas like Production, Quality, PPC, Manufacturing Engg,
- Achieve given shift wise targets in quality and quantity.
- Timely disposition of rework and rejection with action plan for the same.
- Training to all operating manpower and subordinates.
- Adherence of improvements and pokayokes installed on the line. Maintaining process control.

Points to be noted.

- You will undergo a one-year training period, followed by a six-month probation period.
- Immediate joiners are required.
