JD Government Sales Manager, Get SET Early

Butterfly Learnings is an education and healthcare-focused organization that provides specialized learning and developmental support services for children. It focuses on helping children improve their learning abilities, communication, and overall development through personalized programs and qualified guidance.

About us

Butterfly Learnings is India's leading paediatric therapy chain, with about 95 centres and 600+ therapists. Get SET Early, our CDSCO-approved eye-tracking device, screens children for autism, ADHD and reading difficulties.

The role

Sell Get SET Early to district administrations and municipal corporations for Anganwadis, schools, PHCs and DEICs. Reports to [Founder / CEO]; based in Mumbai with 50%+ travel.

What you will do

- Build a pipeline of districts and municipal corporations; reach Collectors,



CMOs, DPO-ICDS, DEIC managers and Municipal Commissioners
- Tie proposals to budgets: NHM/RBSK, Samagra Shiksha, municipal budgets, DMF and CSR
- Handle GeM, tenders and MoUs; run 90-day pilots and convert them to district-wide orders
- Own collections and a weekly pipeline forecast

You have

- 8–12 years of government sales in health or education, with contracts of [__ Cr]+ closed
- Working relationships with NHM, WCD or Education departments in [target states]
- Hands-on GeM and tender experience; fluent Hindi and English
