We're looking for a GoHighLevel expert to set up the backend of a coaching business. The website is already designed and built in GHL. Your job is to make everything behind it work, so a visitor can book a session, pay and receive follow-ups without any manual work.

What you'll set up

· Phone numbers: buying and configuring numbers, call and SMS routing, and compliance registration

· Payments: connecting Stripe or a similar gateway, with products, checkout and invoices

· Calendars: booking calendars with availability rules, reminders and confirmations

· Pipeline: lead-to-client stages with tags and opportunity tracking

· Automations: workflows for lead capture, booking confirmations, follow-ups, no-shows and nurture sequences

· Testing and handover: test every flow end to end, fix anything broken and share a short handover document

What we're looking for





· Proven experience building GHL accounts for real clients, with examples you can show

· Solid working knowledge of GHL workflows, triggers, calendars, pipelines and payment setups

· Careful testing habits: you check every flow before calling it done

· Clear written communication and reliable turnaround

· Willingness to work some hours overlapping with the client's time zone

Nice to have

· Experience with A2P 10DLC SMS registration

· Experience with coaching, healthcare or wellness businesses
