What you’ll do
- Own the compliance framework, SOPs and controls across all units
- Drive environmental clearances and senior-level government liaisoning for operations and expansion
- Oversee land, boiler, utilities and industrial safety approvals
- Manage litigation, contracts, insurance and the legal risk register
- Lead the compliance team and budget
What we need
- 15–20+ yrs in compliance in manufacturing, with 5+ yrs leading a team
- Proven record of securing approvals for operations and expansion projects
- Deep knowledge of factory, environmental, land, labour and corporate laws
