Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Global Payroll Associate to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in global payroll processing, payroll compliance, employee taxation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll for multiple countries accurately and within timelines.

- Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders globally.

- Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.

- Validate payroll inputs including new hires, exits, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and benefits.

- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies.

- Manage payroll audits, employee queries, and reporting requirements.

- Support payroll-related projects,



process improvements, and system enhancements.

- Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in Global Payroll operations.

- Experience handling payroll for multiple countries (US, EMEA, APAC preferred).

- Solid understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory regulations.

- Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with third-party payroll vendors.

- Knowledge of SOX controls and audit processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
