We are looking for an experienced Global ERP Support Lead with a robust track record of managing large-scale global support teams and driving enterprise ERP operations.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall ERP / Oracle EBS experience.
- Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership / managerial role.
- Proven experience managing large teams of 50+ FTEs.
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Functional Support.
- Functional knowledge across Oracle EBS Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Services modules.
- Experience managing global 24/7 support operations through a Follow-the-Sun model.
- Strong exposure to Incident Management, RCA, SLA Management, MTTR, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Preferred:
- ITIL-based service management.
- ServiceNow.
- Global ERP support operations in manufacturing / industrial environments.
Important Eligibility:
- Work Location: Pune / Hyderabad only.
- Immediate joiners to 30 days' notice period only.
- Looking for senior leaders with experience managing 50+ member teams, not individual contributors.
