The Global Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, India.

Role Description

- Research global university admission requirements, entry criteria, intake deadlines, and scholarship landscapes. Manage end-to-end application tracking,



documentation workflows and portal submissions across multiple international institutions. Coordinate internally and externally with test preparation mentors, visa filing teams, and financial/loan assistance partners. Maintain accurate CRM records tracking student milestones, follow-ups, and conversion statuses.

Qualifications & Competencies

- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required with at least 1 to 3 years of proven experience in study abroad counselling, international admissions, or higher education advising. Up-to-date awareness of admission standards, competitive exams (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT). Good interpersonal skills with strong methodical tracking and multi-case management skills, with proficiency in office productivity software and CRM platforms.
