Role Description The GL Accountant supports Corporate Accounting organization across general ledger, revenue and Service Purchase Order (SPO) accrual processes. The role is accountable for the accurate and timely recording of journal entries, the integrity of assigned balance sheet reconciliations, and the delivery of a well-controlled month-end close in accordance with USGAAP and company policy.

They will partner closely with global accounting teams, external partners, Requestors,



Financial Analysts and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and post journal entries in line with US GAAP.
- Perform month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations in BlackLine.
- Process and reconcile accruals, including Service PO (SPO) accruals.
- Support revenue accounting, invoicing, and accrual processes.
- Partner with Finance, Requestors, and global accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- Execute internal controls and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of General Ledger Accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of journal Entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, US GAAP and revenue accounting
- Hands-on experience with BlackLine.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred

- Experience with Oracle EBS R12, Quickbase, QlikSense, or Kyriba.
- Shared Services or multinational company experience.
