The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and possess a robust commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers through various channels, including email and chat support, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer support in German via email and chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our support system.




- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in the German language (B2 or C1 level).
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a non-voice capacity.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
