Key Responsibilities Handle Cards Operations Disputes &

- Collections activities. Review and analyze card-related disputes, collection cases, and supporting information. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in German and English as required. Analyze operational data and identify discrepancies, trends, and potential issues. Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational performance reports. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of assigned cases. Meet stringent client deliverables, SLAs, quality standards, and process timelines. Prepare and deliver presentations and operational updates to relevant stakeholders. Use MS Office tools for reporting,



analysis, documentation, and presentations. Collaborate with team members and management to resolve operational issues. Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients and internal teams. Follow defined process guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards. Support process improvements and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
