We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Recruitment with robust exposure in Bulk Hiring across BPO, Fintech Sales, Freelancers & BFSI hiring .

? Key Responsibilities

? Lead and manage end-to-end bulk hiring operations

? Drive large-scale hiring mandates across BPO & Fintech sales functions

? Handle recruitment for Freelancer & BFSI channels

? Manage a team of 50 Recruiters + 4 Managers

? Ensure achievement of monthly hiring targets of 1500+ closures

? Build strong recruitment processes, productivity tracking & delivery governance

? Monitor recruiter performance, TATs, funnel management & stakeholder coordination

? Partner with business leaders for manpower planning & hiring strategies

? Drive vendor management & recruitment agency partnerships

? Maintain strong data-driven reporting & recruitment MIS





? Candidate Profile

✅ Must have strong experience in Bulk Hiring

✅ Mandatory exposure to BPO + Fintech Sales + BFSI Hiring

✅ Experience managing large recruitment teams

✅ Strong leadership, stakeholder management & operational excellence skills

✅ Ability to work in high-pressure, target-driven environments

✅ Excellent communication & team management abilities

? Experience: 10+ Years

? Industry: Recruitment / Staffing / Fintech / BPO / BFSI

? Proven track record in high-volume hiring delivery
