Provide strategic leadership for Quality across the cluster by ensuring consistent product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction across all four plants; driving QMS excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement; and aligning quality priorities with company strategy, customer expectations, and long-term business sustainability.

Strategy & Planning

- Establish and drive consistent Quality standards across all plants in the cluster, aligned with ACG Capsules’ strategy, customer expectations and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead cluster-level Quality governance, ensuring standardisation of Quality systems, processes and practices, and effective replication of proven best practices across plants.
- Consolidate and review cluster Quality performance, risks, compliance status and improvement priorities, and provide regular updates and recommendations to Global Quality leadership.
- Drive Quality improvement priorities and resource planning across plants, including identification and management of Quality budgets in line with business and operational requirements.

Functional – Cluster Oversight

Core

- Monitor and drive overall Quality performance across plants through key metrics, trends, compliance status and improvement plans.
- Provide direction and support to Plant Quality Heads on escalated customer complaints, critical quality issues, regulatory observations and systemic risks.
- Lead cluster-level Annual Product Quality Reviews to identify trends, risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.




- Review and approve Quality Risk Management plans and mitigation strategies for critical cluster-level risks.
- Drive timely and effective implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions across plants, including replication of effective solutions and prevention of recurrence.
- Review and ensure alignment of plant Quality and Operations procedures with applicable standards, regulatory requirements and cluster Quality practices.
- Oversee product shade development and ensure timely delivery of new and existing shades across the region.
- Provide Quality inputs to recent product development, including specifications, test methods and Certificates of Analysis.
- Partner with Sales and relevant stakeholders on customer quality requirements and specifications.
- Ensure regulatory inspection readiness and timely closure of observations across all plants.

Internal Processes

- Consolidate plant-level Quality performance into a cluster dashboard, highlighting key trends, risks, gaps and improvement priorities.
- Conduct regular reviews with Plant Quality Heads to track performance, compliance, improvement projects and strategic initiatives.
- Drive standardisation of key Quality processes and replication of best practices across plants.

People development

- Build Quality leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing and succession planning.
- Facilitate cross-plant learning forums and standardisation initiatives to strengthen Quality practices and expertise.
- Foster a culture of Quality excellence, accountability, continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across the cluster.
