Role & responsibilities

Degrees in fields like Industrial Relations and Operations Management and/ or any technical field related to the chemical manufacturing industry can also be suitable.

He will not be directly responsible for technical work but mainly for all admin/ commercial matters related to plant. Hindi speaking skill is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities-

1. Co-ordination and liaising between plant and HO.
2. Responsible for general administration and office operations of the Plant. He will work in collaboration with all line Managers whenever necessary.
3. Liaising with various external government bodies like land, excise, pollution, factory department and sales tax departments etc.
4. Overseeing fulfilment of all statutory and compliance related requirements.
5. Responsible for commercial negotiations, contracts, vendor management, and execution of any on site work including current process implementation.
6. Auditing purchase and expense records maintained by Plant on a weekly basis.





Experience in managing administration/ facility management of a plant for any continuous process industry is preferred It is mandatory for all outstation candidates to relocate to Tirupathi with family if they are selected for the job. Fluency in Hindi is also mandatory.

Preferred candidate profile-

-Degrees in fields like Industrial Relations and Operations Management and/ or any technical field related to Chemical Manufacturing industry will be suitable

-15 -20 years of experience in handling administration of a continuous process factory.

-Candidate must have experience mainly in admin/ commercial matters related to plant.

-Must have experience working with various external government bodies like land, excise, pollution, factory department and sales tax departments etc.

-Must have experience in all statutory and compliance related requirements

-Experience in managing administration/ facility management of a plant for any continuous process industry.

-Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

-candidates who have worked in very large organizations will not be a good fit as the diverse job responsibilities at our end would not match with his earlier experience.
