Job Responsibilities:

● Closely monitor operational and business performance.

● Conduct daily orientations, inspections, audits, and checks.

● Plan and execute overall budgeting of the hotel/hostel within the company-approved monthly/quarterly budgets.

● Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with his/her team for regular upskilling, training and smooth functioning; also work on mechanisms to increase team’s productivity and motivation.

● Conduct financial audits and ensure timely reporting of financial statements.

● Maintain the hotel/hostel’s property infrastructure to the highest standards (Civil, Furniture/Furnishing, Equipment/HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)

● Ensure repair & maintenance works with the company’s prescribed TATs & budgets.

● Ensure 100% compliance to hotel/hostel’s operating SOPs, policies & procedures and service standards.

● Ensure spotless delivery of the hostel’s services: bed, F&B; and non-bed activities.

● Ensure highest safety standards by regularly auditing for hazards, health & cleanliness.





● Act as final “go to man or decision maker” in guest escalation-related matters.

● Act as final “go to man or liasioner” with the company’s head office.

● Act as final “go to man or liasioner” with the various local departments such as municipality, pollution boards, tourism, police, etc.

● Ensure all 5 senses for a top notch (vision, hearing, touch, smell, and taste) experience are maintained at all times.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
