Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company's iron & steel business.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and statutory requirements related to direct taxes (income-tax) and indirect taxes (GST).

- Oversee internal audits and external audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and minimize tax liabilities.

- Develop strategies to optimize cash flow management, reduce costs, and improve profitability.

Job Requirements :

- 12-22 years of experience in finance & accounts or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of international taxation, tax compliance, tax litigation, GST law & regulations.

- Proven expertise in managing complex financial transactions involving multiple stakeholders.
