Experience: 10-15 Years

Qualification: CA A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced GM Finance to lead its Finance & Accounts function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall finance, accounting, budgeting and financial planning.
- Oversee financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance and audits.
- Handle product costing, cost control, working capital and cash flow management.
- Manage financial controls, capex budgeting and risk management.
- Lead a large Finance & Accounts team across multiple plant locations and corporate offices.

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Solid experience in manufacturing / automotive / engineering industry preferred.
- Expertise in financial controllership, costing, budgeting and compliance.
- Proven experience in team management and multi-location finance operations.
