We are a reputed travel management company with over two decades of experience in Corporate Travel Management and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions).

We are looking for an accomplished business leader from a reputed travel company to lead, manage and accelerate our next phase of growth.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Minimum 20 years of experience in reputed Travel Management Companies (TMCs).
- Strong expertise in Corporate Travel and MICE.
- Previous experience as Business Head, General Manager, VP or National Head preferred.
- Proven track record in business development, client acquisition and strategic account management.
- Strong commercial, financial and operational management capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & KRAs

- Business Growth & Client Acquisition

- Drive new corporate business and expand existing accounts.
- Build strategic relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Generate current revenue opportunities across Corporate Travel and MICE.

2. Financial & Commercial Management
- Take ownership of revenue,



gross profit and overall business profitability.
- Manage pricing, margins, costs and collections.
- Deliver sustainable business growth.

3. Corporate Travel & MICE Leadership
- Lead corporate travel operations and key client relationships.
- Develop domestic and international MICE business.
- Ensure excellent execution, service delivery and client retention.

4. Leadership & Business Ownership
- Lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Drive operational efficiency and accountability.
- Take complete ownership of business performance and growth.
