General Duty Assistant Trainer

Location

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training as per the approved GDA curriculum.
- Deliver modules related to patient care, infection control, personal hygiene, first aid, nutrition, vital signs monitoring, and hospital procedures.
- Facilitate hands-on practice sessions, demonstrations, and role-plays.
- Ensure trainees achieve the required competency standards for certification.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, and performance.
- Provide counseling and mentoring to improve learning outcomes and retention.
- Address students academic and behavioral concerns.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and progress trackers.
- Prepare students for Sector Skill Council assessments and certification exams.




- Submit reports as per organizational and project requirements.
- Coordinate with placement teams for internships and job opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with SSC, NSDC, CSR partner, and organizational guidelines.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Hospital Management, or related field.
- Certified Trainer under Healthcare Sector Skill Council (preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in healthcare training, nursing, patient care, or vocational skill training.
- Experience in skill development programs, NSDC projects, or CSR-funded initiatives will be an advantage.
