Position: General Counsel

No prior AI experience required.

Role Responsibilities

- Run simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review AI responses to contract scenarios and give expert feedback.
- Build transparent grading criteria for contract work.
- Help refine guidelines for AI contract review.

Requirements

- 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions, including MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn legal expertise into clear feedback.
- Exposure to AI or legal tech is a plus.
