GEM Portal Expert

Location: MG Road, Ernakulam

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a GEM Portal Expert. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform and its functionalities. This role demands a blend of online and offline work, requiring the candidate to be proficient in managing tasks remotely and in-office.

Responsibilities:

- Proficiently navigate and utilize the GEM portal for various procurement processes.
- Effectively manage and maintain vendor profiles, product listings, and order management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of GEM processes.
- Stay updated with GEM portal policies, procedures, and updates.
- Provide support and guidance on GEM-related queries and issues.




- Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to the GEM portal.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in utilizing the GEM portal for procurement activities (minimum 1-3 years).
- Strong understanding of e-procurement concepts and processes.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
