? We're Hiring | Garment Technician / Quality Assurance (QA)

Lab4Brands is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Garment Technician / QA Professional to join our team.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of garment construction, measurements, fitting standards and quality inspections, who can ensure that products meet the required specifications and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain detailed garment measurement sheets and size specifications.
- Check garment fit, measurements and sizing consistency across different sizes.
- Conduct garment inspections to identify stitching, finishing, construction and workmanship defects.
- Ensure products meet approved samples and quality standards.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to resolve quality and fit-related issues.
- Provide technical feedback and recommendations for corrections and improvements.
- Conduct pre-production,



in-line and final quality inspections.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Hands-on experience in garment measurement and technical documentation.
- Positive understanding of garment fitting, sizing and construction.
- Experience in quality control and garment inspections.
- Knowledge of fabric, stitching, finishing and common garment defects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with vendors and production teams.

? Location: Gurugram ? Experience: Relevant experience in garment merchandising, technical or QA roles preferred.
