Role Overview

We are hiring a Fund Accountant to be embedded within this multi-asset family investment office, working directly with senior leadership across a platform spanning venture capital, private equity, real estate, growth equity, and fund-of-funds. This is a high-ownership role for a finance professional who wants to run fund accounting end-to-end rather than simply support it, with direct US-client exposure and a resume-defining opportunity to work across multiple asset classes in a single seat.

Key Responsibilities

▸ Cap Table Maintenance – Maintain the ownership ledger across all entities

▸ Distributions & Waterfall – Model and process LP distributions

▸ LP Capital Accounts – Maintain individual LP schedules





▸ NAV Calculation – Perform quarterly fund valuation and reporting

▸ Management Fee & Carry – Manage accruals and GP carry calculations

▸ K-1 / Tax Support – Support annual LP tax schedule preparation

▸ LP Reporting – Prepare quarterly performance packages

▸ Fund Bookkeeping – Handle journal entries and reconciliations

Key Requirements

Experience

▸ 2 - 5 years in fund accounting, fund administration, or PE back-office

▸ Hands-on experience with cap tables and waterfalls, not just an observer role

▸ PE / VC / Credit fund exposure preferred

Skills

▸ Proficiency in Allvue, Investran, Geneva, or comparable fund accounting software

▸ Advanced Excel financial modelling

▸ Working knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 820 fair value fundamentals
