Job Title: Analyst Fund Operations

Business Unit: Investment Operations

Key Responsibilities

Preparing MIS, weekly reports, and quarterly deck for Management reporting purpose.

Maintain detailed list of all relevant information of investments held by Blackstone funds for the purpose of financial reporting, audit support and SEC compliance reporting.

Manage the monthly/quarterly/yearly bank statement process for legal entities.

Senior Advisor Dashboard preparation and identification of chargeable to fund allocation

Preparing GP Annual Audit Letters and annual/semi-annual SBS Election notices to LPs.

Prepare the fund capital call and distribution memos language and other ad-hoc LP communication memos.

Prepare Quarterly Broken Deal Dashboard to identify expense allocation to funds.

Identifying fund allocation percentage for new deal.

Maintain repository of capital call/distribution notice language for Deal team's reference.





Work closely with the multiple teams in NY and consolidating the information or data based on process requirement

Assist NY team on various ad-hoc projects and activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduate with relevant experience of 2-3 years.

Ideally has work based exposure to or knowledge of:

Accounting/Audit Functions

Middle/Back Office Operations

Corporate Accounting

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong technical accounting skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Detail oriented

Proactive, eager to learn and must operate with the highest level of integrity.

Ability to work in a rapid paced professional environment and handle multiple projects and deadlines

Effectively work and communicate with members of the team to ensure established deadlines are being met in an efficient, accurate and thorough manner

Actively participate and contribute to initiatives that generate greater accuracy in processing efficiencies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required.
