Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Node.js, Python (FastAPI), and SQL, along with proven experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and drive end-to-end application architecture and technical solutions.
- Lead hands-on frontend development using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, Python, and FastAPI.
- Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases and complex SQL queries.
- Define coding standards, review code, and ensure application quality and security.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and guide implementation.
- Drive application performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design, deployment, and delivery.
- Support CI/CD, Docker,



and cloud deployments on AWS or Azure.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Robust expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience in REST API development and integration.
- Strong SQL and relational database design and optimization skills.
- Good understanding of application architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and microservices.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, application security, and performance optimization.
- Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Redis, message queues, and event-driven architecture.
- Exposure to AI/ML or LLM integrations.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with cloud-native deployments and infrastructure automation.
