Lead React/Angular, NodeJS/Go, AWS with 8+ years of exp. Very good communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Solid expertise in frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Proficient in backend development with one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Node, Kotlin, etc).
- Experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and designing scalable schemas.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration best practices.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
