- Build and maintain the backend in Go with PostgreSQL: APIs, background jobs, file processing, integrations with WhatsApp, OCR and bank formats.
- Build and maintain the web backoffice in React, TypeScript and Tailwind: work queues, forms, Excel import and export, dashboards.
- Turn client process changes into working software rapid, with plain-English screens that a finance or operations person can use without training.
- Write tests, keep the deploy pipeline green, and run the services on Docker and Coolify on a Linux VPS.
- Handle sensitive data properly: masking, encryption, audit trails, role-based access.Role & responsibilities
