Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Team Lead specializing in React to lead the development of scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on frontend development experience, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to guide a team of engineers while driving technical excellence and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend developers.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable frontend applications using React.
- Establish frontend development standards, coding practices, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Review code, conduct technical discussions, and ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Drive frontend architecture decisions and component reusability.
- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines.
- Identify technical challenges and drive effective solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 6-9 years of experience in frontend development.
- Solid proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.




- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, and reusable UI systems.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations.
- Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Babel.
- Experience with responsive design and frontend performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend testing frameworks.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring frontend engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.
- Familiarity with Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or Styled Components.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and web security practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and frontend deployment workflows.
