Role Description

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in building modern, responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using contemporary frontend technologies and frameworks.

The Frontend Engineer will collaborate with software, backend, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to develop and enhance web interfaces, dashboards, internal applications, enterprise platforms, digital tools, and user-facing software solutions.

Depending on project requirements, the role may involve HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, REST APIs, state management, responsive design, frontend testing, Git, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and related web technologies.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in frontend engineering, frontend development, web development, UI development, software engineering, application development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Frontend Engineer, Frontend Developer, Front End Engineer, Front End Developer, UI Developer, Web Developer, React Developer, Angular Developer, JavaScript Developer, Software Engineer - Frontend, Associate Frontend Engineer, Junior Frontend Developer, Graduate Software Engineer, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing,



logistics, FMCG, startups, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design, semantic HTML, and modern frontend-development practices.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be beneficial.
- Understanding of components, props, state, routing, forms, events, lifecycle concepts, reusable UI patterns, and component-based development.
- Familiarity with React Hooks, Angular services, Vue Composition API, or similar framework-specific concepts will be advantageous.
- Exposure to Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, Pinia, or similar state-management solutions will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, Chakra UI, or similar UI libraries will be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, API integration, web services, authentication, authorization, and frontend-backend communication.
- Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or similar technologies will be considered an additional advantage.
- Understanding of Flexbox, CSS Grid, responsive layouts, mobile-first development, adaptive interfaces, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with accessibility concepts, semantic markup, ARIA, keyboard navigation, and inclusive web-development practices will be beneficial.
- Exposure to UI/UX principles, Figma, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, component libraries, and translating designs into functional web interfaces will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, or similar frontend build and development tools will be beneficial.
- Understanding of Git, GitHub, branching, commits, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative development workflows.
- Exposure to Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Vitest, Jasmine, Karma, or similar frontend testing technologies will be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of browser developer tools, DOM inspection, network debugging, console debugging,



and frontend troubleshooting.
- Exposure to frontend performance optimization including lazy loading, code splitting, caching, bundle optimization, image optimization, rendering efficiency, and Core Web Vitals will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with single-page applications, progressive web applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, or hybrid rendering architectures will be advantageous.
- Exposure to OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, session management, secure frontend development, input validation, and basic web-security concepts will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or related database technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be advantageous.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, analytics platforms, automation applications, AI/ML tools, or enterprise software will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, user stories, requirements gathering, sprint planning, technical documentation, or issue tracking will be advantageous.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business, design, and technical requirements and translate them into responsive, maintainable, accessible, reliable, and user-friendly frontend solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship experience, academic projects, frontend applications, React projects, Angular projects, portfolio websites, GitHub repositories, hackathons, freelance assignments, startup projects, or open-source contributions will be considered positively but are not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time frontend-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new JavaScript technologies, frontend frameworks, UI libraries, testing tools, performance techniques, and modern web-development practices.
