Role Description As a Front-end Developer at FuturaSpark Technologies, you will design, build, and maintain user-facing interfaces for web applications that support digital marketing and growth initiatives. You will translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and performant web pages, collaborate with designers and back-end developers, and ensure seamless integration with APIs and services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing pages for speed and usability, troubleshooting front-end issues,



and contributing to shared component libraries and coding standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align front-end solutions with marketing and product goals, and regularly review analytics to improve user experience. This is a full-time, remote role.

Qualifications

- Robust Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills, including modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Web Development and Software Development practices, including version control, testing, and debugging.
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts to collaborate effectively on API integration and data flow.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, or similar).
- Ability to create accessible, mobile-first interfaces and optimize for performance and SEO-friendly structures.
- Comfort working in remote, cross-functional teams with clear communication and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, analytics tools, or e-commerce environments is a plus.
