Role Description The Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing all reception and front office operations in this full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Day-to-day tasks include greeting clients, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling phone calls and inquiries, and coordinating appointment bookings and reservations. The role involves maintaining client records, ensuring a smooth flow of information between clients and clinical staff, and resolving basic service concerns promptly and professionally.

and support administrative tasks such as payment handling, documentation, and basic reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to create a welcoming, professional environment.
- Experience with front office and Receptionist Duties, such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and maintaining orderly reception operations.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and coordinating with clinical and administrative staff.
- Ability to manage Reservations and appointment schedules using digital or clinic-specific booking systems.
- Previous experience in a clinic, spa, hospitality, or customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and clinic management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in hospitality, administration, or healthcare support is an advantage.
