To support our expanding fleet and operational network, we are hiring across multiple departments—ranging from entry-level positions with full training to senior management roles.

Open Positions

1. Managerial & Supervisory Roles

- Operations Manager / Supervisor: Oversee end-to-end transport scheduling, route planning, team management, and daily logistics execution.

- Fleet In-Charge / Manager: Manage daily fleet deployment, driver management, route optimization, vehicle tracking, and compliance.

- Workshop Manager: Lead vehicle maintenance, preventive servicing, breakdown resolution, and mechanical performance across the fleet.

- Store Manager: Oversee inventory management, spare parts tracking, stock audits, and warehouse/store administration.

- Purchase Team / Specialist: Handle vendor relations, procurement of vehicle spares, fuel management, price negotiations,



and purchase orders.

2. Entry-Level & Fresher Opportunities

- Data Entry & Systems Operator: Manage computer records, trip sheets, shipment logs, and database updates.

- Trainee Operations Supervisor: Assist field operations, learn fleet coordination, and monitor daily dispatches (no prior experience required).

Key Qualifications For Experienced Roles (Managers / Fleet / Purchase / Store):

- Prior experience in logistics, transport operations, fleet management, or spare parts procurement.

- Robust leadership, negotiation, and operational problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in transport management systems, inventory software, and MS Excel.

For Entry-Level / Fresher Roles:

- Open to all graduates/diploma holders.

- Basic computer literacy and eagerness to learn logistics operations.

- Complete on-the-job training provided.
