Educational Qualification

- BE / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
- BE / B.Tech – Production Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Other technically qualified candidates with leadership potential may apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Manage and guide production workers.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress.
- Ensure product quality at every stage.
- Monitor production targets and delivery timelines.
- Maintain discipline and productivity in the workplace.
- Identify production issues and find practical solutions.
- Maintain daily production records and Excel reports.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.




- Learn and improve furniture manufacturing processes.
