Process (Inbound Calling) experience is required for experienced candidates. B2C domain experience is mandatory. Basic technical knowledge of Routers, Switching, and Troubleshooting is required. Familiarity with technical support processes and basic networking concepts. Knowledge of internet connectivity issues and their troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
