We're growing the team at Done Mortgage, and we're looking for a freelance or part-time recruiter to help us find the right people.

You'd work on specific roles we share with you. All candidates for these roles must be based in Indore. You source and screen candidates, refer the strong ones to us, and stay in touch with them until they join.

The pay is straightforward

✅ ₹5,000 per successful hire

✅ Paid once the candidate has joined and completed 15 days with us

✅ Flexible hours

This could suit an independent recruiter, an HR professional looking for side income, or anyone with a strong hiring network in Indore.

Interested? Send me a DM or email me at [email protected] with a short note about your recruiting experience.

If you know someone who'd be a good fit, please tag them or share this post.
