Must-have expertise:
FPGA debugging using ChipScope / VIO
Verilog / SystemVerilog / VHDL
AMD/Xilinx Vivado
Oscilloscope & power supply usage
Board-level debugging and hardware testing
Experience in FPGA power measurement, board bring-up, PCB schematics, Tcl or Python will be an added advantage.
