Role & responsibilities

- Ship AI agents for RFQ intake, vendor discovery and quote follow-up. Every agent has a number: hours saved, errors caught, quotes won.
- Own the customer database and run AI-assisted cadences across calls, email and WhatsApp, keeping data clean and follow-ups timely.
- Turn commodity indices, GST/MCA signals and order data into briefs the team can act on.
- Run the founders operating system (inbox, calendar, priorities and prep) with AI copilots, and decide what never reaches them.
- Chase across procurement, sales, ops and marketing: find what is stuck and unblock it until it is truly done.
- Take on special bets such as current cities, categories and manufacturing ideas: receive a brief and hand back a recommendation.

Preferred candidate profile

- 0-4 years of experience, any discipline.
- A builders reflex: has made something with LLMs, no-code or scripts, and knows when a human must check the output.
- Strong business fundamentals and a first-principles mind: margin, cash cycle, working capital. Ownership beats pedigree.
- Preferred, not required: Python and APIs, LLM tooling (prompting, retrieval, evals), n8n or Zapier, SQL.




- Sees a mess and starts fixing it unasked, automates anything done twice, and asks about unit economics before tools.
- Not a fit if you want a fixed JD and fixed 9-6 boundaries, wait for instructions, or want a title more than a learning curve.
