About Uni Seoul

Uni Seoul is an impulse lifestyle brand built on cute aesthetics. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Pune, we run 18 stores in India's leading malls and high streets, with 1,000+ in-house designed products priced from ₹99 to ₹2,999.

Alongside our stores, we sell through our own site at uniseoul.in and on quick-commerce platforms. We closed our Series A in 2026, led by Riverwalk Holdings and Sauce.vc.

We are building a structured business at speed: 25 stores by the end of this financial year, 100+ stores next year, and a long-term path to 500 stores across India, the UAE and Southeast Asia.

About the role The Founder’s Office Senior Associate is the founders’ extra pair of hands across the whole company. You will pick up the most important project in any department, run it to completion, and move on to the next. Speed and coordination are the job. We are looking for a generalist who has built something of their own. You know what it feels like to own a P&L;, hire a team and fix things with no playbook. You are as comfortable in a store at 10 pm as in a board deck at 10 am.

You will work on a project basis. Each project has a clear owner, a deadline and a measurable outcome. At any time you will run two or three of them, alongside the operating rhythm that keeps leadership aligned. You will work directly with the founders and every department head. Strong performers can grow into Chief of Staff, or move to lead a business unit or new initiative they helped build.

Key responsibilities

Cross-functional projects

• Take on the founders’ priority projects in any department and run them end to end: scope, plan, owners, deadlines and delivery.

• Unblock work that sits between teams, such as a store launch that needs Retail, Projects, Supply Chain, Brand and Legal moving together.

• Run two or three projects at a time, each with a one-page brief, a weekly status and a clear close-out.

Speed and department coordination

• Run the leadership operating rhythm:

weekly leadership meeting, agenda, decisions log and action tracker.

• Chase every action to closure and flag what is slipping before it becomes a problem.

• Be the single point of contact when a founder decision needs input from several teams.

Strategy and new initiatives

• Incubate new bets until they are ready for an owner: new categories, new formats, franchise and partner models, brand collaborations and international expansion.

• Build business cases for new stores, cities, channels and acquisitions, and help the founders decide fast.

• Track competitors, market trends and benchmarks, and turn them into clear recommendations.

Board, investors and fundraising

• Prepare board decks, monthly MIS summaries and investor updates with Finance.

• Maintain the data room and support due diligence during fundraises and debt raises.

• Track board action items and investors ask for closure.

Goals, data and reviews

• Set up and track company and department goals (OKRs or KRAs) with each department head.

• Build the founders’ dashboard: the handful of numbers that show how the business is doing each week.

• Run deep dives when a number moves, from a store’s sales dip to a rise in customer acquisition cost.

Process and structure

• Turn what works into SOPs, templates and playbooks so teams stop reinventing them.

• Spot broken processes across teams and fix them, from approvals and vendor onboarding to hand-offs between departments.

Founder leverage and special projects

• Prepare the founders for key meetings,

write first drafts of important documents and follow up on what was agreed.

• Support senior hiring: scorecards, case assignments and candidate evaluations.

• Step in during escalations and launches, and handle special situations quickly and quietly, from a vendor crisis to an urgent partner negotiation.

Who we're looking for

Must-haves

• 4–8 years of experience, including founding or co-founding a startup and running it day to day.

• A true generalist: has worked across operations, growth, finance and people, not in one function only.

• Moves fast and finishes: can take a vague brief, structure it, and deliver it in days, not months.

• Brings teams together without formal authority, and is trusted by both store teams and senior leaders.

• Strong with numbers: comfortable with P&Ls;, unit economics, Excel or Google Sheets, and building a clear business case.

• Writes and presents clearly, from a one-page brief to a board slide.

• High ownership and discretion: handles confidential founder, investor and people matters with care.

Positive-to-haves

• Experience in consumer brands, retail, D2C or quick commerce.

• Earlier time in consulting, investment banking, venture capital or a founder’s office at a fast-growing startup.

• Has raised capital or worked closely with investors and boards.

• Hands-on with AI and no-code tools to automate work and move faster.

Why Uni Seoul

• See how a quick-growing consumer brand is built, up close, from the founders’ desk. • Real ownership from week one, across every part of the business.

• A explicit path to Chief of Staff, or to lead a business unit or new initiative you helped build. • Competitive compensation with ESOP eligibility.
