What this role really is: you don't just 'handle social media.' You drive how Trishakti grows, is seen, and is experienced. From what we say to how we say it to where we say it, you are responsible for the full picture. This is strategy, content, and execution all in one.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Brand & Content:

1. Build and manage our Instagram and social presence.
2. Plan content around Hindu mythology, everyday spirituality, discipline, rituals, and inner growth.
3. Write captions, scripts, hooks, and storytelling pieces.
4. Create and manage content calendars.
5. Turn ideas into reels, carousels, and narratives that connect.

B. Marketing Strategy:
1. Think and plan how we grow the brand.
2. Decide what to say, who to target, and which platforms to focus on.
3. Build campaign ideas, launches, and storytelling angles.
4.



Identify what is working versus what is not, and pivot fast.

C. Influencer & Collaborations:
1. Identify and reach out to relevant creators and influencers.
2. Build collaborations that feel authentic, not forced.
3. Manage partnerships end-to-end, from brief to execution to results.

D. Growth & Execution:
1. Experiment with different formats, ideas, and campaigns.
2. Work on paid and organic growth ideas (basic understanding is enough).
3. Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
4. Track performance and improve continuously.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
